Often described as Mezcal’s lesser-known cousin, Raicilla is a traditional agave spirit from Jalisco that was produced in secrecy for generations, developing its own unique identity and production methods.
Del Tigre stays true to that heritage, following an ancestral process: pit-roasted agave, hand-mashed, naturally fermented in stone vats, and distilled in clay pots. The result? Wild, funky, savoury, and unapologetically rustic. If you love those bold “funk and cheese” notes, this one delivers in spades.
