From barback to general manager, cocktail competitor to brand consultant, Alessandro’s career has spanned every angle of the drinks industry. His deep curiosity and commitment to education remain the heartbeat of this platform.
While Alessandro is still the sole owner and creative lead, Bar Crafts has grown into something far more collaborative. We work closely with bartenders, brands, and industry professionals to produce meaningful, accessible content for anyone who wants to deepen their understanding of cocktails, spirits, and bar culture.
