Matured in a combination of bourbon, port, and sherry casks, before being finished in Muscat and Pedro Ximénez casks, it showcases Lark’s signature approach to layered cask maturation while remaining remarkably approachable.
Expect notes of lemon shortbread, dark chocolate, ripe cherries, sticky figs, dried fruit, and gentle baking spice, wrapped around a rich malt backbone with a long, warming finish. Equally enjoyable neat or over a large cube of ice, Dark Lark 2026 also lends itself beautifully to spirit-forward whisky cocktails, where its rich cask influence and dessert-like complexity can truly shine.
